It was an honor to have known Al and worked with him over the years. He was a kind hearted and dedicated veteran. God Bless the family of this great person. We will miss him at the VA Director’s meetings.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Loehr family. So sorry for your loss.

A true friend, always giving a friendly greeting, a warm hug and genuine encouragement to us workers in the DFL of rural MN. He was one of my political mentors as I became the first woman Congressional 7 Associate Chair, and then Chair. He never failed to acknowledge my efforts and encourage me to challenge the systems. I want to express my sympathies to you Shirley and your family. We need more Al Loehr’s in this world. God bless his memory.

condolances to Shirley and family. Al was a great man.

You were a great friend to our family. Thank you Al and rest in peace!

Shirley and family, Death of a loved one is the most severe test you will ever face, but if you have faith in God you will be able to surmount any difficulties you may endure. Our prayers are with all of you. Love Deb & Dave
