Our deepest sympathy goes out to Brent’s wife and family. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. God bless.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family at this difficult time. So sorry to hear about his passing. I worked with him and Nikki and have many great memories. He always made it fun to be at work. He had a very contagious laugh and humor. He will be missed by many.

In 1986, I Still remember the 1st day I met the Bechtold brothers, Brian, Bruce, Brad & Brent. They were a close family & their parents, Herb & Darlene were so proud of them all. Brent being the youngest I remember mostly his brother, Bruce teasing him & Brent would smile. It was just last summer when we were driving from St. Cloud to Willmar while we were visiting from Arizona & my husband, Rich Hasty called in to report a vehicle possibly driven by a drunk driver & it was Brent who was assisting us. He handled himself professionally & once he had everything taken care of he gave us a quick greeting. He took his job seriously & I might add he was good at it. So sorry to hear the news & want you to no we are praying for you all. Losing someone so young is difficult. Love, The Hasty’s in AZ❤️

My sincerest condolences to each member of Brent’s family. Brent was so sincere in asking us about my family and kids and always interested in what was “new” with us. He sure knew his stuff and all the little idiosyncrasies of his cops and coworkers. I’m gonna really miss his dispatch shenanigans. I was always touched by how highly he spoke of his wife and family. As much as he’s missed already, just knowing he is in the arms of God and hanging with Minnesota’s finest officers and dispatcher warms my heart. May the love and support of friends and family keep your hearts and minds at peace believing in our Risen Lord.
