Carol Ann (Goedert) Henkemeyer

Carol Ann (Goedert) Henkemeyer passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, October 16, 2018.  Memorial Services will be on Monday, November 5 from 11am-1pm at Daniel’s Funeral Home in St. Cloud (1010 Second Street North).

Carol was born on August 29, 1930 in St. Cloud Minnesota to Francis (Stember) and Andrew Goedert.  She was the youngest of three siblings, including Gail Heaton (deceased) and Willis (deceased).

Carol married Donald M. Henkemeyer on January 24, 1959 at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud. 

Survivors include five children— Antoinette Henkemeyer-Yuhasz of Dexter, Michigan, Mary Gail Hall of Minneapolis, Renee Peterson of Minneapolis, Martin of River Falls, Wisconsin, and George of Chicago, Illinois— along with 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald, who passed on (July 26, 2003).

Carol worked for RBC Dain Rauscher in St. Cloud for over 3 decades.  Carol was also an active member of the St. Cloud community and participated in Camp Fire Girls, Toastmasters, St. Augustine Parish Council and a passionate member of the St. Cloud’s English as a second language volunteer effort.
