I met Duane after a Sunday night Mass about six months ago. We had a nice conversation and I learned much about him especially his love for family and his time on the Heinz route. (We also found out that we had a mutual friend whom we had both worked with frequently in our jobs.) This was the only time I ever encountered Duane, but I remember it fondly because of the joy he conveyed.
