Eileen Wittkop

November 12, 1966 – October 5, 2016

With deepest regret, we announce the death of our beloved wife, mother, daughter, and sister, Eileen Susan Wittkop, age 49. She went to her eternal reward at the will of God Almighty, without warning and of natural causes, on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Mass in the full Tridentine Rite will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 313 28th Ave N, in St Cloud. Reverend Nino Molina will officiate. Burial will take place at 3:00 p.m. in Calvary Cemetery in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. A parish rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Eileen was born November 12, 1966, to Brian and Shirley (Taufen) McCoy. She was a graduate of Christendom College in Front Royal, Virginia. She worked as a Type Setter at Bankers Systems before becoming a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne, daughters Ekaterina and Anastasia; Parents Brian & Shirley McCoy, Brothers and sisters, Daniel (Rhonda) of St. Martin, Patricia of Sauk Centre, Gregory of Arlington, VA, Michelle (James) Hoeper of Villard, Thomas of Sauk Centre, Mark of Sauk Centre, Maria (Christopher) of Watkins, Martin of St. Cloud, Matthew (Crystal) of Sauk Centre; many brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Traditional Catholic Church.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am so sorry to hear of Eileen’s passing. May our Blessed Mother wrap her loving, caring, gentle arms around her and your family during this very difficult time. Be assured you are all in my prayers. Eileen will be remembered for the kind and gentle, loving soul she was!

With prayers for her husband, children, parents, and extended family, I extend my condolences for your loss, and prayers for Eileen’s eternal rest in the bosom of the Lord.

Wayne, Katerina and Anastasia, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Eileen was a wonderful person. Kind and generous with a tremendous faith. She always inspired me to be a better person.

Words are inadequate to try to express our sympathy at the loss such as this. I’m so so sorry. May your faith and the love of so many help to console you during this most difficult time. We’ll be out of the country but otherwise would have been with you for the funeral. But know we will be with you in spirit and of course our prayers are joined with all of yours. Jane and Colin Cain

Eileen was such a beautiful person. She was one of my close friends at Christendom and a bridesmaid in our wedding. She will be missed. We will remember her and Wayne and their children in many Rosaries to come.

Always showing joy and being friendly! That is what I remember about Eileen!

Dear Wittkop and McCoy Families, I am so deeply sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved Eileen. Eileen was a classmate of mine at Christendom. I will miss her beautiful smile and the joy she always had in her hear! What I remember most of Eilleen is her deep love of her Catholic Faith and her holiness. She will be an intercessor in Heaven that I will pray to often.
