You did not grow up in Waite Park, MN and not know Lorraine and Charlie. Both were a big influence in my life as a little boy growning up. Lorraine was always “ON CALL” with the radios as Charlie patrolled his little town. The kids I knew grew up to be better people from knowing Lorraine and Charlie. Lorraine is now with Charlie and backing him up on the radios. Rest in peace as you deserve it. Thanks for being who you were. Dick Clayton

Dear Joe, Kathy and family,
May the Lord surround you all with his comfort and grace today and the future. Our sympathies to the entire family. Joann and Ed Freel

Dear Joe, Peggy, Jean and Ricky and your families. Sending thoughts and prayers to you all at this difficult time. Losing a Mother is devasting enough, but at this time of year is heartbreaking. The holidays are for family and losing your Mom now is just so sad.
Please know you are all in our thoughts as you struggle through this difficult time. May your memories give you strength and guide you and bring you together as one.
From your old neighbors in Waite Park
Accross the alley way.
