Mary was like a mother to me. Not only was she warm, caring and wise, but she had such a great wit and sense of humor. It’s a no wonder she got along with Fr. Mahon so well. She brought much laughter and joy to St. Patrick’s. I went with her on a couple of doctor visits. One of my favorite memories is her speeding through the halls at St. Pat’s on her scooter. Listening to her and Jeff Jamieson chat/reflect was also a heart-warming memory. I was always impressed at how hard of a worker she was and how concerned she was to make sure everyone had enough and was treated hospitably. Prayers, hugs and love to you her family members. The heavens are certainly more musical and witty with her arrival! peace
