Victoria A. Woodford

Victoria Ann Woodford, age 57, of St. Cloud, Minnesota passed away peacefully with her husband at her side, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Meeker Manor in Litchfield, Minnesota. A Celebration of Victoria’s Life will be held at a later date.

Victoria Ann Woodford was born on December 28, 1968, to Jerome and Beverly (Meagher) Clay in Melrose, Mn. She grew up in the St. Cloud area and graduated from St. Cloud Tech High School in 1986 and went on to receive her Bachelor of Psychology Degree from St. Cloud State University. She worked for the State of Minnesota as a Correctional Officer for her career and retired in 2009. She met her true love, Michael Woodford, in 2012. They were married on February 22, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The couple enjoyed motorcycle rides and traveling together. They truly were inseparable. Victoria was extremely creative and loved painting. She enjoyed going to all zoos and fostered pets, as she had a love for animals and nature. She will be remembered as being caring, charitable, loyal, and tender-hearted.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerome Clay.

Victoria is survived by her mother, Beverly Clay; husband, Michael; son, Douglas (Philomena) Clay Hemminger; and 2 grandchildren.
