Bertha M. Morgal

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church for Bertha M. Morgal, age 87 of St. Cloud who passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Reverend Thomas Knoblach will officiate. Burial will take place at Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud.

Family and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church on Wednesday. Arrangements were made by the Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud.

Bertha was born on May 5, 1925 in Collegeville, Minnesota to William and Katherine (Schaefer) Kremers. She married Ambrose J. Morgal on November 13, 1945 in Collegeville. Bertha was employed by the St. Cloud Hospital for 19 years, retiring in 1985. She lived in the St. Cloud area all of her married life. Bertha was a member of the St. Cloud Eagles Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #428 Auxiliary, St. Anthony’s Parish and Christian Women.
Bertha is survived by her daughter, Sandra (Jim) Krippner of Big Lake, sons, Gary (Deb) of Walker, Allan of Arizona; four grandchildren, Chad, Michelle, Erin and Christopher; five great grandchildren, Nicholas, Zachary, Nathan, Claire and Abigail.

She was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Paul, Clarence, Edmund, Arnold and Alfred; sisters, Ann Fuchs, Alma Lardy, Marie Phillipi, Mathilda Stommes and Irene Gully.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
