Lucille I. Pallow

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Brighton for Lucille I. Pallow, age 93, of New Brighton, who passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022 at the Landmark of Fridley in Fridley. Reverend Paul Shovelain will officiate. Burial will be in the St. John the Baptist Parish Cemetery in New Brighton. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Brighton.

Lucille was born on September 19, 1928 to Joseph and Gertrude (Pfannenstein) Schulte in St. Joseph, Minnesota. She was united in marriage to Richard O. Pallow on September 16, 1950 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in St. Joseph. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a baker for the Mounds View School District. She was an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

Lucille was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. Lucille also enjoyed cooking, baking, tending to her large flower and vegetable gardens, keeping her house in order and making new friends.

She is survived by her children, Tom (Cheri) of Cambridge and Mike (Darla) of New Brighton; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Helen (Richard) Kuebelbeck of St. Joseph; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard on April 26, 2020; daughter, Jean Daniels on April 29, 2020; siblings, LeRoy (Theresa), George (Polly), Bill (Dorothy), Betty (Leander) Roering, Rosie (Jerry) Reischl and infant brother, Jerome.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
