Roberta M. 'Bobbie" Holthaus

Due to Covid-19, memorial services will be held at a future date, for Roberta M. “Bobbie” Holthaus, age 74, of St. Cloud who passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Unity Hospital in Fridley.

Bobbie was born on May 14, 1946 in St. Cloud to Alfred and Maxine (Maxam) Abeln. She graduated from St. Cloud Technical Highschool. Bobbie worked as a beautician for many years then worked in customer service and was a wonderful homemaker.

Bobbie enjoyed scrapbooking, making cards, collecting anything elephant related, watching the Minnesota Twins and spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her children; Doug (Stephanie) Thole of Morganton, Georgia, Shari (Alana) Yantes of Blaine, Christi (Mark) Milan of Parrish, FL, Tara (Andy) Koenig of Minneapolis and Nicki (Jeremy) Vlcek of Eau Claire, WI; grandchildren, Gabby, Madison, Abbey, Sarah, Max, Halina, Audrey, Sida, Eli, Emory; great-grandchildren, DJ and Milo; Dotty (Bill) Koness of Prior Lake, Mona Ritten of Sartell, Ken (Mary) Abeln of Maple Grove, Rita (Keith) Heaton of Annandale, and Rick (Bonnie) Abeln of St. Cloud as well as many nieces and nephews.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; step-daughter, Cari Morgan; parents, Alfred and Maxine Abeln; grandparents, George and Anna Abeln, Arthur and Anna Maxam; sisters, Ceil Abeln, Marilyn Abeln; nephew, Benjamin Abeln; brother-in-law, Tom Ritten, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
