Jean Marie Peterson

Private Graveside services were held at the Pease Cemetery in Pease, MN on Thursday, September 29, 2022 for Jean Marie Peterson age 79 of St. Cloud, MN.  She died on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Jean was born on August 24, 1943 in Cedar Rapids, Michigan. After her biological mother passed away when she was a young child and her father was out of her life, she was adopted by Edward and Agnes (Kraght) Timmer.  Jean later on met Daniel Peterson.  She married him at the age of 16 while in the 10^th grade.  They had 6 children while living on a farm.  She loved fishing, camping, bowling and cooking.  Jean loved her dogs and cats, and even a bull named Hunk.  She also loved to play bingo and go to the casinos.  Jean later moved to the St. Cloud area and this has been her home since that time.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jean was preceded in death by; one son Randy Peterson.

She is survived by; her daughter LaDonna (Peterson) Smith; four sons Robert Peterson (Gizmo), Ronald Peterson (Lori), Raymond Peterson and Richard Peterson; one daughter-in-law Tanya Peterson; many grandchildren; one sister Pauline Timmer; one brother Allen Timmer; nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.
