Carol A. Heinen

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud for Carol A. Heinen, age 71, of St. Cloud. Carol passed away peacefully on May 19, 2026 at her home. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Burial of her urn will be 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 11 in the old St. Joseph Parish Cemetery in St. Joseph.

Carol was born May 24, 1954 in St. Cloud to Elmer and Agnes (Sis) Heinen. She graduated from St. Cloud Apollo High School in 1973. She farmed with her family until she retired in 2010. Carol was a hard worker, willing to do any task required of her. She was a lover of animals and had many pets in her lifetime. She had horses that she rode in various parades in the area. She belonged to the Sunset Saddle Pards saddle club. Her other interests were playing cards, watching old westerns and game shows on television, gardening and going fishing with her brother and cousin.

Carol is survived by her brother Tom, sister Joan ((Larry (died 5-25-26)) Denfeld, nieces and nephews Don Denfeld, Carl Denfeld, Stacy Denfeld and Ann Heinen, two great nephews Jack and Todd Denfeld, her close cousin Eugene Nowak as well as many other relatives and friends.

Preceding Carol in death were her parents, and brother Dennis (Lucy).
