Scott L. Rademacher

October 7, 1959 – April 27, 2014

Our dearest brother, Scott Rademacher, age 54, went to heaven to be with God and our mom and dad, Donna (Host) and Larry Rademacher on Sunday, April 27.  Scott died peacefully at Quiet Oaks Hospice House due to complications of the disease of alcoholism.

Scott was born October 7, 1959.  He grew up in St. Cloud and St. Joseph and was a truck driver for 24 years.

We, his three sisters, Laurel (Rick) Miller, Waite Park, Beth (Tony Aspholm) Rademacher, Minneapolis and Marne (Dean) Vandergon, Greeley, CO, wish to express our deepest thanks to all the staff and residents of River Crest Apartments, Scott’s home, who cared for and loved him the last four years of his life, especially his dearest friends, Randy and Brian.

Our families also wish to thank the many people who lovingly cared for Scott, and supported us during the final days.  The staff on 5 South of the St. Cloud Hospital, his Heartland Hospice nurses and the team of caregivers at Quiet Oaks Hospice.

A celebration of Scott’s life will be private.  He loved deeply and unselfishly all of his life.  Thank you, Brother, for sharing your life with us.

Sorry to hear about our good friend Scott. You all have our deepest sympathy. I will never forget the good times I had with my best friend Scott. I will always treasure them. Our prayers are with you.

Scott was a good friend us, We really missed his company over the years. We cherish that he was the best man at our wedding and will love him forever.
