Laura M. Snyder

Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 21, 2013 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in St. Cloud for Laura M. Snyder, age 86 of St. Cloud who passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at her home. Reverend Bruce Timm will officiate. Burial will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud and after 9:30 a.m. on Monday at the church.

Laura was born on October 25, 1926 in Paynesville, Minnesota to Willis and Ada (Thurman) Clark. She married Robert J. Snyder on November 6, 1943 in St. Cloud where she lived most of her life. Laura was employed by Franklin Manufacturing for 13 years as a Paint Inspector retiring in 1981. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Laura is survived by her children, Nicholas (Vicki) of Breeze, Illinois, Roger (Jean) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Alicia “Lisa” (Mark) Ward of Albertville, Nancy (Eldred) Stocker of St. Cloud and Wanda of St. Cloud; 17 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

Laura was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; sons, Robert Alan and Arnold; three brothers and five sisters.
