Dear family of Joanne,
I am sorry for your loss. Losing someone you love in death can be a very difficult thing to cope with. Perhaps you can take some comfort in the words Jesus spoke to the sister of Lazarus when he died. John 11:25 reads, “Jesus said to her: ‘I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.'” I hope this message provides you with some solace.
Joanne Albrecht
October 15, 1935 – November 14, 2012

Joanne Albrecht was born October 15, 1935 in Cooperstown, ND, deceased November 14, 2012. Joanne spent her childhood years in Cooperstown along with a brother and two sisters.
In 1952 she married Richard Albrecht. Joanne achieved her life’s goals by becoming a wife and a mother. Together Richard and Joanne raised seven children.
Joanne’s happiest years were spent with her children and later her grandchildren. Thru good times and bad Joanne and Richard always made the most of their lives and those who knew her appreciated her sense of humor and the sound of her laughter. It was a great loss when Richard died in 2011. Since his death she has anxiously awaited the time when they would reunite, so it is with great sadness and joy that her family commemorates her passing.
She is survived by her children Cindy (Mark) Holter, Kim (Jeff) Dombrovski, Candy (Tom) Kramers, Jill (Tom) Lahr, David, Andrea Albrecht, John (Margaret), and a special "daughter" Janet; grandchildren, Gretchen, Aaron, Jacob, Jonathan, Heather, Tracy, Ashley, Stacy, Max, Katie, Sarah, Joshua and Derek; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Don of MN; sister, Donna of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding Joanne in death was her husband, her parents and a sister.
