So sorry I had not contacted her earlier it has been since 1995
I miss you so much grams. some days I feel so lost and wish I could just pick up the phone and call you. Love you always grandma.
I will always remember and love my grandma….
Although in my youth I never had a strong relationship with my father, my grandmother made a point of being in contact with me. This meant a lot and I really enjoyed receiving letters from her in my youth. She was a very loving and caring woman.
I will always have many fond memories of Dorothy as a child and into my adult hood. I lost my mother at an early age which was very difficult for me. After my mothers passing,Dorothy came into our lives, not to replace my mother but to give me the much needed unconditional love, support and comfort that was missing. I love her and thank her for being there for me when I needed a mom. She will be missed by many and we have been blessed to have had her for all the years that we did. We can celebrate that she is now with the Lord.
I remember Dorothy from a long time ago. I met her through my Aunt Linda Hagberg. She and my Grandma Rose kept in contact through letters and cards and when we stayed in Isle I remeber going to Dorthy’s house and visiting. She was a neat lady…and I remember her love of Willie Nelson. I am so very sorry for your loss…my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! God Bless. Holly
I apologize for not being able to attend the service. I know she is now in a better place. I love you all!!
