Lorraine M. Keogan

Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, February 2, 2009 at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud, MN for Lorraine M. Keogan age 89 formerly of St. Cloud, who died on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Sunrise Senior Living Cottages in Rochester, MN where she has been a resident the past couple years. The Reverend Aaron Kuhn will be the celebrant. Interment will be in the Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.

Visitation will be from 12 Noon to 1:00 P.M. on Monday, February 2, 2009 at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Arrangements are with Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud, MN.

Lorraine was born on August 4, 1919 in St. James, MN, the daughter of Harry and Susan (Ganzer) Keogan. Her family later moved to St. Cloud, MN where she attended school and graduated from Tech High School in 1938. She worked for many years for Stearns Manufacturing retiring in 1981. Lorraine continued to make her home in St. Cloud until 2006 when she moved to Rochester, MN where she resided at the Sunrise Senior Living Cottages. This has been her home since that time.

She was a member of St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, Christian Women, Daughters of Isabella, and the Joan of Arc Mission Group in St. Cloud, MN.

She is survived by: her sister, Joan Buechler of Rochester, MN, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In addition to her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by; her brother Bernard.
