Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Cathedral Lower Church in St. Cloud for Catherine M. Hall, age 88 of St. Cloud who passed away on Monday, March 10, 2008 at St. Benedict’s Senior Community in St. Cloud. Reverend Anthony Oelrich will officiate. Entombment will be in the Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish prayers will be 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.

Catherine was born on May 23, 1919 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to William and Catherine (Lommel) Kramer. She married Louis B. Hall on April 26, 1938 at St. Mary’s Cathedral in St. Cloud. She was employed by the St. Cloud Hospital in Central Service and later was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary’s Cathedral parish.

Catherine enjoyed gardening, baking for her family, playing cards, taking long walks and visiting with friends and family.

Catherine is survived by her children, Kathleen (Jim) Adelman of Albany, Nick (Joanne) of St. Cloud and Robert (Joan) of Sauk Rapids; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 1986; son, Roger; great grandson, B.J. Erickson; six brothers, Melvin, Walter, Leo, Leonard, Gilbert and Donald; and three sisters, Alvina Van Horn, Alma Borresch and Hildegard.
