Adeline M. Holper
August 29, 1921 – April 22, 2011

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, April 27th, at 10:30 AM at St. Louis Catholic Church in Paynesville for Adeline M. Holper, age 89 , of Paynesville, who died on Friday at her home . Rev. Glenn Krystosek will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday between 4:00-8:00 PM and on Wednesday after 9:30 AM at St. Louis Catholic Church in Paynesville.
Adeline was born August 29th, 1921 in Lake Henry to Gerhard and Catherine (Jaeger) Schleper. She married Peter Holper on August 28th, 1945 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Paynesville. Adeline lived in Paynesville all of her married life. She was employed for the Municipal Liquor Store in Paynesville for many years until her retirement. She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and Christian Women, and her faith was very important to her and gave her strength.
Adeline was a loving and generous wife, mother, sister and grandmother, who loved nothing more than to be with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and baking, and spent many hours in the garden attending her flowers. She enjoyed watching all of the Minnesota sports teams, the Timberwolves, Vikings and Twins. This past year, Adeline welcomed her newest grandchild, Adelane. She enjoyed caring for her and they developed a special bond.
Survivors include her children, Linda Mueller (Tom) Gilman, Peter Holper (Jeannine) Foster City CA, Timothy Holper (Roxanna) Elgin, Catherine Robinson (Scott) Carbondale, CO, Robert Holper (Kathleen) Farmington, and James Holper (Joan) Stillwater, 17 grandchildren, sister, Mary Hagen, Lino Lakes, and brother in law, Gil Tolzman, Beaverton, Oregon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Peter, October 9th, 2009, brothers and sisters, Alberta Loxtercamp, Leon Schleper, Hermina Olberding, Irene Hein, Gerald Schleper, Ernie Schleper, Charlie Schleper and Annette Tolzman, and granddaughter Mikayla Rose Holper.
