We will always remember Uncle Alex, memories of his wonderful smile and laughter fill my thoughts and the music that he played at the family reunions plays within my heart. Our thoughts and heart go out to my family in Minnesota.

Alex married Marjorie “Marge” Brausen on May 29, 1958 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Alex was passionate about music and could play by ear. He learned how to play the organ through a correspondence course during his early years. He also learned to play the accordion and played in several bands during his life, most recently entertaining at the Whitney Senior Center. Alex enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing cards or just visiting. We will miss his warm smile and wonderful sense of humor. He was always trying to brighten someone’s day.
