Aloysius G. Schueller

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Aloysius G. Schueller, age 81, of St. Cloud, who died peacefully on Saturday, July 1, 2006 at St. Benedict’s Center in St. Cloud.  Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.

Friends may call from 4–9 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud.  Parish Prayers will be 8 p.m.  Visitation will continue after 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.

Aloysius was born on March 23, 1925 in Sauk Rapids, MN to Bernard and Lena (Schreder) Schueller.  He married Stella C. Fischer on September 3, 1951 in Waite Park, MN.  He was employed in the optical industry, working at Lantz Optical, operating his own business in St. Stephen and later at Vision Ease.  He retired in 1992.  He was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.

Surviving Aloysius is his wife Stella of St. Cloud, children David (Rebecca) of St. Cloud and Janice (Ivan) Kollar of Cold Spring, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and brothers Lloyd of St. Cloud and Ralph of Las Cruces, NM.

Preceding him in death are his parents, son Alan (1971) and sisters Rosemary and Caroline.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
