Memorial services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud, MN for Amber Jo Pitschka age 18 of St. Joseph, MN who died on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at the University of Minnesota Fairview Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. The Reverend Carol Smith of Place of Hope Ministries in St. Cloud officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 12 Noon to 1:00 P.M. on Thursday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud.
Amber was born on March 29, 1988 in St. Cloud, MN the daughter of Michael B. and Sherry Jo (Isle) Pitschka. She grew up in St. Cloud where she attended Apollo High School.
Amber is survived by: her parents, Sherry Pitschka of Evansville, MN and Michael Pitscka of St. Cloud, MN, one sister Ashley Pitschka of Evansville, MN, a brother Allen Pitschka of Evansville, MN, and a brother Andrew Pitschka of Evansville, MN, her grandparents: Jim and Judy Jenkins of Brainerd, MN and Bryant and Mary Pitschka of St. Cloud, MN, also many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by; one sister Andionna Pitschka.
To Amber ~ Although I haven’t known you a very long time, I want you to know the impact you’ve made on my life. You made me feel like I was family from the night I met you. Christmas 2006 you were the only person who sent me a Christmas card, it’s still hanging on my wall. I am so glad I was able to be there for your mother and you when you needed me most. Amber, I haven’t had a best friend in what will be 6 years in Feb. I know it’s selfish but I just miss you so much. I miss having a best friend. I miss you so much.

I remember Amber as a spunky and fun loving little girl. I unfortunately didn’t get to know her growing up into the beautiful young lady she was. This world will be a touch darker without her around. I wish her cousins, Jennifer and Sheila, could have gotten to know her like her friends.
Amber- I love you so much, I will never forget you, you will always have a special place in my heart. You were and always be one of my best and closes friends. You were always their for me, and even though your not right by my side I know you will still be there. I love you!!!
