Dear Amy, Russ, and Family. I’m sorry for your loss. You all are in thoughts and prayers. Love. Ann
I won’t be able to attend her funeral on Tuesday, but I want to say that Mom also canned vegetables, jams, jellies, made apple butter, chokecherry jelly, huckleberry juice, and one autumn took all of the leftover green tomatoes in the garden in Gilman when we lived there and created jars of relish from them. She was a tireless worker, very devoted to us kids, always remembering our birthdays and on holidays, sending us a greeting card. I’ll miss the many visits I had with her by phone and in person.
Beth, we all are so sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing…our deepest sympathy to you and your family..xoxox from all of us at Edisto…
