Bonita M. "Nancy" Gross

Memorial services celebrating the life of Bonita M. “Nancy” Gross, 74, of St. Cloud will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at the Daniel Funeral Home Chapel in St. Cloud. Bonita passed away on September 16th at the St. Cloud Hospital. Burial will be at a later date.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Bonita was born on October 25, 1938 in St. Cloud to Alphonse and Margaret (Ziebol) Gross. She entered Sisters of St Francis in Little Falls at the age of 15. She left the Sisters of St. Francis in 1968 and returned to St. Cloud. Bonita was employed as a Personal Care Assistant at the St. Cloud Hospital until her retirement where she was instrumental in starting the prayer blanket.
She is survived by her siblings, Jerry (Roseanne) of Chisago City, Pat (Jerry) Larson of Waite Park, Donald (MaryKaye) of St. Cloud, Linda Peternell of Monticello; nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Junie, Jim and Mary Gross.
Memorials are preferred.
