Bridget H. Grundhoefer

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2011 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Bridget H. Grundhoefer, age 93, of St. Cloud who passed away at her home on Thursday, June 9, 2011. Reverend Roger Botz, OSB and Reverend John Fleischhacker, OSC will officiate. Entombment will take place in Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum in St. Cloud.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday and after 9:30 a.m. on Monday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish prayers will be at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Bridget was born on October 8, 1917 in Royalton, Minnesota to Albert and Rose (Schlichting) Kloss. She married Albin J. Grundhoefer on October 8, 1940. They lived and raised their family in St. Cloud. Throughout her life Bridget worked in the kitchens of Cathedral Convent, Holy Angels Catholic Church, and St. Raphael’s. She was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Christian Mothers and the Oblates of St. Benedict.

Bridget is survived by her children, Carol Keeney of Watertown, SD, Dennis “Mark� of Gilroy, CA and Sandra of St. Cloud; grandchildren, Kevin, Karen (Rob), Bridget and Maikol; great-grandchildren, Jake and Abby; and many nieces and nephews.top electric unicycle

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 1982; son-in-law, Ron in 2009; and eight brothers and sisters.
