My condolences to the family. I corresponded frequently with your father when working on my family history web site at https://home.comcast.net/~condon1140/site/. He was generous with his knowledge of the Ethen family and I have incorporated much of his information on the web page in the Ethen section. Please feel free to contact me.

Prayers and support to Fr. Jeff (many thanks for the call),family and friends. Our 50th class reunion is a great memory.
She was a wonderful woman; great childhood time with the families. 🙂 I feel very blessed to have had both uncle Dennis and aunt Colleen in my life memories..
Our prayers are with Fr. Jeff and family as you mourn the loss of your mother.
My deepest sympathy to the Ethen family, especially to Father Jeff. You have my sympathy Father; so sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers at this time. Peace be in your heart. Sister Char Grossman
Our thoughts and prayers to Colleen’s family. She set an example to all with her faith, love of family and ethics. My kids remember swimming in the Ethen pool. She will be missed. God bless.
I once thought that Colleen was strict and fussy, but learned that under that veneer was a fun, humorous and generous lady. Our two couples trip to Canada’s Rockies was a highlight, where she could hike the rugged paths with the best of us, as well as party heartily, cuss and enjoy life well. We will miss this fine woman who was a strong part of the fabric of this neighborhood for over 20 years.
My condolences to your family;; Mike Jeff, Cathy, and Steve. I’ll always remember Colleen’s kindness to all us kids in the neighborhood. We were very lucky to have such a nice place to spend our summer days!
thought and prayers are with the family.
My prayers are with you as you grieve the loss
of a wonderful lady. Colleen and her family are a part of wonderful childhood memories I have of growing up in our neighborhood.
Our thoughts and prayers to you all. Your Mom was always a pleasure to talk with over the years. How strange to reach this point in our lives…
I remember the glee I felt when the smiley face was in the window all those years ago….Colleen’s pool was the place to be. Thank you for all of the years of community and friendship. You will be remembered Colleen. Our thoughts are with your family.
Sending you all my prayers. Mom and Colleen are certainly visiting and laughing together tonight. All my love to the whole family,
Karla McCarey
My condolences to the Ethen family. Isaiah 61:2 says; God will comfort all the mourning ones. Yes, God knows your pain and becaues he cares he will comfort you and your family, even Jesus mourn when he lost his friend, even when he knew he was going to resurrect him. I hope this help you.
