Craig J. Stradtman
February 27, 1953 – July 1, 2024
Craig was born February 27th 1953, to Roy and Betty (Hasser) Stradtmann. He graduated from Apollo High School in St. Cloud in 1971. In 1980, he married the love of his life Karen (Larson) Stradtman. Craig worked for Country Hearth Bakery in St. Cloud for many years. He then partnered with his brother-in-law Mike Larson and opened MC’s Dugout in St. Cloud, MN in 1990. A few years later they opened Lake Center Bar & Grill in Annandale. Craig fully retired in 2014 to give himself more time to enjoy his interests, which included, spending time with his family, deer hunting, being on the lake, and watching The Minnesota Vikings.
Craig was preceded in death by his father Roy Stradtmann, brothers Terry (Terrance) Stradtmann, Thomas Stradtmann, and Barry Stradtmann.
Craig is survived by his wife Karen Stradtman of Annandale, MN, son Tom Stradtman of Nowthen, MN, Daughters: Amy Stradtman of Ramsey, MN, Kimberly (Matt) Haag of Buffalo, MN and Nicole (Adam) Young of Fort Collins, CO. (3) Granddaughters, (4) Grandsons and (1) Great Granddaughter. Mother Betty Stradtmann, brothers Dick, Ron, Brian, Mike, and sister Gayle, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of life will be held from 2:00pm – 5:00pm on Sunday August 4th, 2024 for Craig Stradtman at Trails End Pub in Annandale MN.

It’s been a long time, but I’ve always loved , enjoyed and cherished my relationship with the Stradtmann family. Craig was very special. Always good for a laugh and just a joy to be around. I am so sorry to hear this news. Sending love and support to his mother, Betty, to his wife, Karen, his children, his brothers and sister. I’m in shock, yet filled with many beautiful memories. Rest in peace, Craig. You were a pleasure to know. 
Sorry for your love. I lived in the neighborhood, we grew up together! He was cute, funny and our neighborhood was the best! Many great times the Craig and his brothers and sister! RIP Craig say Hi to your brothers and Dad from the Reding Girls!
So sorry to hear this. Craig treated me with so much respect from the day I met him, even though I was a Trunk Slammer. He will be missed by so many.
