July 22, 1928 – January 4, 2008

Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Cyrilla M. Guck, age 79, of St. Cloud will be at 10:30 am on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Cyrilla died on Friday, Jan. 4, 2008 at the St. Cloud Hospital after a lengthy illness. The Rev. Thomas Knoblach will officiate. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.

Friends may call between 4-9 pm on Monday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud and after 9:30 am on Tuesday at the church. V.F.W. Post # 428 Auxiliary will pray at 6:00 P.M., St. Anthony’s Christian Women will pray at 6:30 pm on Monday at the funeral home followed by St. Anthony’s parish prayers at 7 pm., Waite Park American Legion Auxiliary Unit 428 will pray at 7:30 pm.

Cyrilla was born on July 22, 1928 in Cold Spring, MN to Leo and Clara (Delles) Schramel. She married Julius J. Guck on Sept. 16, 1952 in St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring, MN. She lived in St. Cloud most of her married life where she was a member of St. Anthony’s parish and Christian Women.

Cyrilla will be remembered as a loving wife and mother. She loved old time music, being with friends, playing cards, the Christmas season, and drives in the country.

Survivors include her husband Julius, children: Shirley (Larry) Mayer of Cold Spring and Robert (Yvonne Hanson) of St. Cloud; sister Monica Willenbring of Cold Spring.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the St. Cloud Hospital for their loving and compassionate care.
