Memorial services will be at a later date at Holy Family Catholic Church at Bulldog Lake, MN, for David W. Zak age 59, son of Peter and Katharina Zak formerly of Hillman, MN. David died on Monday, February 17, 2014 at the Walker Methodist Health Center in Minneapolis, MN, where he has resided the past 14 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister Cleora.

He is survived by one son Forrest of Palmer, AK, one granddaughter Alexis of Palmer, AK, his brothers and sisters, Eunice (Herman) Will of St. Cloud, Sylvia Piere of Circle Pines, Carolin (Gary) Krueger of Baxter, Paul (Opal) of Lino Lakes, Joe (Kathy) of Brainerd, Bea (George) Augustinack of Savage, Marti (Bruce) Proell of St. Cloud, Richard (Rose) of Brainerd, Terri (Skip) Pull of Tehachapi, CA, and Roger (Rhonda) of Palmer, AK, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
