Ed was always special, he always made me laugh, he use to come over and work on cars with my ex husband, this was such a shock! A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 2:00-5:00 PM on Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Joseph (120 North College Ave) to celebrate the life of Edward F. “Eddie” Partyka, Jr., 41, of St. Joseph, who died January 29, 2014.
Eddie was born on January 18, 1973, in Detroit, Michigan, to Edward and Barbara (Kuchnicki) Partyka. He graduated from High School in Prescott Michigan in 1991. Eddie served in the Marine Corps from 1991-1995. Eddie moved to Minnesota where he resided with his wife Michelle (Johnson). He made a fun loving home for his family. He loved hunting and being outdoors, and spending time with his friends and family. Eddie was an excellent cook, and enjoyed smoking his own sausages, jerky, and hot dogs.
Eddie is survived by: his wife Michelle; children Madison, Joshua; father Edward Partyka, Sr.; twin brother Adam; father and mother in law Stan and Sue Johnson; brother and sister in law Brian and Aubrey Johnson; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Memorials are preferred.

I m sorry for all of the family loss, I personal went to school with Ed, and Adam and now how fun energetic they both could be, its memories, and im sure you have plenty of then to, hold on to them, and when gets alittke hard to do just bring out one that cant make you stop from smiling and know hes not far from home, he alway in our hearts, and thoughts, with all our love from the Lafleur .
I graduated with Eddie and Adam. This news brings great sadness and shock. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
