Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud for Floyd G. Walbridge Jr., age 77, of St. Cloud, who passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Sterling Park Health Care Center in Waite Park. Chaplain Pamela Nickel will officiate. Burial will take place in North Star Cemetery in St. Cloud.
Family and friends may call after 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud.
Floyd was born on June 25, 1933 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Floyd Sr. and Elsie (Haas) Walbridge. He married Delores A. Casey on October 20, 1956 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in St. Cloud. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Floyd enjoyed animals, fishing, gardening and camping. He also treasured the time spent with his family.
Survivors include his wife; son, Jeff; brothers and sisters; Donald, Connie, David, Marlene, and JoAnne; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Scott; and sisters.
