Gregory "Greg" A. Knoll

I did not know Greg but through your posts on facebook I always thought he looked like such a fun person. The two of you looked so happy. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Josie. Stay strong together ❤️.

We just finished watching the live stream. It was a beautiful service Lisa. I did not know Greg, but I heard a lot about him and all good of course. We are sending you our love and prayers during this time to you and your family.

Greg was such a great guy. He told the best stories and was so inspiring. I’ll never forget all the great times I got to spend with him, especially riding bike together. He was an awesome rider! He brought so much joy to this world that it’s going to be tough to make up that difference. Ride on Greg.

Lisa, Josie, Betty, Mike, Jenny, Becky, Julie, Eric & Family, Our deepest sympathy to you in the passing of Greg. I was reminising with my brother, Ron how Greg would ride his minibike over to play especially with Ronnie. We chuckled at the memory of mud fights where dirt road mud was slung at those zipping by on the go-cart (FUN)! May God wrap his arms around you all & give you his peace.

Greg was a great guy. My condolences to his family and friends.

Greg was truly a great man. No one enjoyed life more than him. I talked with him right before he retired, and he was so excited for his next chapter of life. And did he ever make the most of it! He was proud of his daughter and liked telling me of her sports exploits. I will truly miss him. St. Cloud was better for his presence and has lost a force for good.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of our dear friend and classmate, Greg. It just breaks my heart because just a few months ago, our WHS Class of ’86, enjoyed a great time with Otis at our 40th class reunion. Otis was a very kind and humble man. Always ready to hear a good story, catch up on the latest and greatest or share a laugh with anyone simply because he had no enemies.
Otis was a great athlete and had a dominating Superman strength and intensity on the gridiron. He had a beautiful singing voice as well. He was a great mentor to anyone needing help and was even a better person to everyone that knew him. EVERYONE LOVED OTIS!!!!
Heaven gained an Angel the day that God called him home and I’m sure his old pals, Mark Loselie and Mike Ljunggren were waiting for him at the gates of heaven with an Old Bocephus Hank Jr song blaring and a couple of Old Mil Lights. I can almost hear Paco telling him, ” Otis, what the heck took you so long, we’ve been waiting for you, buddy!” ❤️
We are truly better people for knowing him and going to miss this great man!! Everyone that Greg leaves behind will never forget his Legacy and the millions of great memories that he made with each of us since grade school. It was an honor to call Greg, Our Friend.
Rest easy, buddy, God called you Home because you were THE BEST!!!

I am saddened to hear of his sudden passing. He was a truly good man and a treasured friend to my husband. It feels impossible to imagine the neighborhood without him.
To Lisa and Josie, please accept my deepest and most sincere condolences. While the void he leaves behind is immense, the bond you shared doesn’t end here. He will still be with you—in the love he left behind, and the quiet reminders that will surface when you least expect them.

Dear Lisa and Josie I offer you my deepest condolences on the loss of Greg. He was so helpful to me in many times while working with the county and service entry in particular. I cannot believe he is gone. Please know that he is in a better place. And I will continue to pray for you.

Thank you for sharing Greg with me. I was beyond blessed to call him my friend for most of my life. He was one of the kindest, funniest, most genuine men I have ever known.
