Condolences to my sweet Aunt Marie, cousins Shelly, Mike, Carla and their families for their loss. I always loved seeing the brotherly banter between Uncle Larry and my dad and hearing stories of their childhood shenanigans. Uncle Larry, you were the life of the party and will be dearly missed.
To me you were more than an Uncle, you were my second dad. You honored Helen and Wes with how well you cared for their daughter. You made me laugh, made me stronger and left me with cherished memories for which I am most grateful. God blesses us with people who are around us and He blessed me with you dear Uncle. You will be forever missed. I love you and look forward to the day that we shall meet again in our heavenly home.
We will all miss Uncle Larry so much. My memories go back to the fifties! and he had the home movies to prove it….a time capsule of all our lives. It is so true-you were always smiling or laughing out loud at his adventures. Rest in peace dear man.
The other Hoffman family in Texas will miss Uncle Larry’s loving ways. When you were with Larry you were smiling or laughing out loud. We will miss you and will always remember the good times with you.
Larry was fun! I often reflect on the camping and fishing trips our families took together. Larry kept us all laughing.
Remembering the home movies, the loud snoring, “Now I lay me down to sleep. I lay my peanuts at my feet…” and all the laughter and love. Rest in Peace Uncle Larry. You will be missed.
I will miss the great story teller and joke teller that my Uncle Larry was. Thinking of all you Hoffmann’s at this sad time.
