I never got to meet him but he has a big space in my heart.

Loving thoughts and prayers for Jim and his family.

Kind, warm-hearted, funny, jovial, & interesting, are words that describe how I will always think of Jim. That theme song from “Grizzly Adams” will always play in the back of my mind too…respectfully. His affinity with animals was an amazing thing to behold. Never will I have the courage to hand-feed a lynx or walk amidst a jittery herd of elk. Being able to see his animals up close was a privelage, and will be an honored memory.

It is always evident from listening to or observing Pat, Pam, and Jim, that their relationship is something extremely special. That every father could have that bond with their children…what a world this would be.

My family’s thoughts and prayers are with you Jim. And with you Pam, Pat, Tim, Peyton, Jackson, and all of Jim’s family and friends.
