Janet K. Compton

Memorial services were held at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, May 19, 2008 at Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud, MN for Janet Kay Compton, age 62 of Waite Park, MN who died at her home on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Rev. Jayme Wickman of the Sacred Celtic Order of Balance Church in St. Michael, MN will officiate. Visitation was from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud, MN.

Janet was born on May 29, 1945 in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of William and Alice (Albricht) Gundlach. She married Carlton B. Compton in November of 1970 at Minneapolis, MN. Two daughters were born of this union. They have made their home in the St. Cloud area the last few years after he retired in 1998.

She is survived by: her husband Carlton of Waite Park, her daughters, Lisa (Tim) Moore of Orlando, FL, and Laura (Shane) Ellenburg of St. Cloud, MN, two grandchildren Jennifer and Lily.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by: one brother William Richard Gundlach.
