Jason K. Kuefler age 24, of St. Cloud passed away May 12, 2009. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at the Church of the Holy Spirit in St. Cloud. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.
Relatives and friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, May 15 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud and after 9 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Parish Prayers will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday at the Funeral Home.
Jason was born December 20, 1984 in St. Cloud to Cy Jr. and Mary Kay (Mareck) Kuefler. Jason was an outgoing, athletic individual who enjoyed the outdoors and every aspect of nature. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports and writing music.
Jason is survived by his mother Mary Kay Mareck, father Cy Kuefler, Jr and twin brother Nathan all of St. Cloud, sister Angela of St. Paul, maternal grandparents Harold and Yolanda Mareck of St. Cloud, paternal grandmother Bernadette Kuefler of St. Cloud and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jason is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Cy Kuefler, Sr.
Jason’s family thanks the St. Cloud Police Department, Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, Fr. Peter VanderWeyst, Chaplains and all the first responders for their professional care.
