Julius G. Dhority
July 18, 1930 – November 4, 2012

Funeral services celebrating the life of Julius G. Dhority, 82, of St. Cloud will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Northland Bible Baptist Church in St. Cloud. Julius passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at St. Benedict’s Senior Community Center in St. Cloud where he was undergoing rehabilitation after a recent fall. Dr. Thomas M. Cucuzza will officiate. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.
Julius was born on July 18, 1930 in Tribune, Kansas to the late Gilbert and Charlotte (Grove) Dhority. He grew up in and graduated from high school in Greeley County, Kansas. He married Georgia E. Hutchins after completing his studies at Garden City Community College in 1950. He served his country in the US Naval Air Reserve from 1950 to 1958. Julius was employed as a building material salesman at various locations in Western Kansas until 1966. With his family, he relocated to Colorado where he worked as a regional sales representative specializing in drywall products. After retiring, they relocated to St. Cloud to be near family in Minnesota. Julius was a member of Northland Bible Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia; children, Judy (Dan) Lund, Mark (Jean) Dhority; grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister, Mary Mae Stewart.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Beulah Kay Dhority.

Dear Georgia and Judy ~ My heart was absolutely broken with the news of Julius’ passing. Although it had been many years since I had seen him, I will always remember his smiling face and sweet demeanor — he was a wonderful man who will be missed by so many. Georgia, ET AL, sorry to hear of the loss of Julius. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the service for him. I am scheduled for cartaract surgery on Tuesday and unable to drive. Please accept my deepest condolences. Ron
Georgia & Family, The tears just flowed after we received the call from Lisa regarding Julius being with the Lord he loved so much. Julius was a remarkable man of God and we cherished our friendship with you both and your family. Our prayer is that the Lord will be with you during this time of separation and that the Holy Spirit will comfort you all each day until you meet Julius again in Heaven. It is so wonderful that we have this hope of being reunited. We love you Georgia.
