Karen M. Van Beusekom

Karen Van Beusekom, age 84, joined the angels and her husband, Mark, on May 27, 2026. She is survived by her five children, Kristin, Jeremy, Benjamin, Melissa, and Karina, their spouses, ten grandchildren, and countless loved ones. Originally from St. Cloud, she last lived in St. Joseph, MN.

Being held by Karen was to be home. Her warmth and kindness were all-encompassing and she shared her love through endless acts of service. The smallest silliness could send her giggling to tears and her hula hooping skills were unmatched. She was an avid gardener and a wonderful seamstress. And with the same calm, quiet dedication with which she created her masterful quilts, she stitched together a beautiful, full life.
