Funeral services will be held at 8:00pm, Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud for Kevin Patrick Grundy, age 48 of St. Cloud, who passed away Sunday, July 27, 2008 at his home in St. Cloud. The Reverend Mr. Chuck Kampa will officiate.
Friends and family may call between 6:00pm and 8:00pm on Wednesday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud.
Kevin P. Grundy was born on May 18th, 1960 in Minneapolis, MN to Eugene and Shirley (Gerdes) Grundy. He graduated from high school in Bloomington, MN. After high school Kevin moved to California where he worked as a waiter and did catering for many years. He returned to Minnesota in 2001. Kevin especially loved to garden, as well as spend time with family and friends.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Murphy of St. Cloud; aunt, Myrtle Thompson of the St. Cloud area; and numerous cousins, relatives, and friends.
Preceding him in death were his father, Eugene; and stepfather, Willard Murphy.
