Kevin "Scott" Golembeck
August 18, 1961 – June 10, 2023
Kevin “Scott” Golembeck, 61, a man of many talents and passions, passed away on June 10th, 2023. Born on August 18, 1961, in St. Cloud, MN, Scott was the son of Marie and Robert P Golembeck.
An accomplished man, Scott began his career in banking, but it was his love of sports that kindled a fire within him. As the owner of the Dugout Sports Card Shop, he shared his passion with many, he was always ready to help a customer find that rare gem they’d been searching for. He also dabbled in car sales but it was not until he became a realtor and then purchased Castle Realty that he found his true calling.
His infectious laugh, kind eyes, and quick wit endeared him to all who knew him. Scott’s memory lives on in the hearts of those he loved and who loved him in return.
He is survived by his mother, Marie Golembeck, and siblings, Gloria (Jerry) Thompson and Bill (Sandy) Golembeck. He is also survived by his three daughters, Amanda Goers, Angela and Abigail Walsh; two grandchildren, Grant and Anna; five nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert P Golembeck, brother Robert S Golembeck, and nephew Todd Golembeck.
Scott’s light may have dimmed, but the warmth of his spirit will continue to shine.
