I was blessed to care for Lenny in the final days before his passing. I told him and Marlys I wish I’d known them earlier for what a pair they made. You could see their love and hear the love for life he had, The smiles he gave remembering and sharing the good times. Nancy (his wonderful neighbor who came at 2:30 in the morning to sit with him.(ask her about the Dollar story). The love he showed when he and Marlys shared with me Their story. I will have a place in my heart for Lenny and whish only good things for Marlys tell they meet again. Carol L.

Dear Marlys and family of Len,
I was so saddened by the news of Len’s passing. Thank you for letting me know. I am praying Len’s family and his special friend, Marlys, will be comforted by that verse quoted by another guest from Revelations. Such a great promise from the Lord!
Take care, Marly and call whenever you want…I do enjoy hearing from you! Sincere sympathies to all.

Enjoyed many good times down by the creek and on the farm as kids. Played baseball and rode in the back of Bruno Landwehrs’ old International Pick Up. Always enjoyed his special sense of humor, good memories. Condolences to the family.

I extend my condolences to the family of Len at this difficult time. May you be comforted by the promise of the resurrection and the end of sickness and death forever. God makes this wonderful promise to us at Revelation 21:4 where it states, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” I hope this message is of some consolation.

Losing someone special is so hard, but knowing he is no longer in pain is a blessing. Know that your friends and family have you in our thoughts and prayers.

Just want you to know you are in my prayers and thoughts. I am only a phone call away. Take care!!!!

Bless your heart sweetie. May each day be brighter than the last. Hugs
