Lorraine E. Inderrieden

November 27, 1937 – October 8, 2026

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Lorraine E. Inderrieden on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:00 am at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, St. Cloud. Reverend Derek Weichmann will officiate. Lorraine passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at the St. Cloud Hospital. Visitation will be held one hour before the Mass at the church. Entombment at Assumption Cemetery will take place privately at a later date.

Lorraine Elizabeth Inderrieden was born on November 27, 1937, in Melrose, MN, to John and Bernadina (Kerkering) Schneider. She attended parochial school in Meire Grove and graduated from Melrose High School in 1955. She married the love of her life, Robert, on June 19, 1971, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Meire Grove. She worked at The St. Cloud Children’s Home and the St. Cloud Library. She volunteered at CentraCare Hospice for over 20 years and also dedicated her service to Catholic Charities and to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. She enjoyed bowling and having lunch with her birthday group. She was a great seamstress and was also good at arranging her flowers. She was a soft-spoken, gentle women, with many friends.

She is survived by her only child, her biggest achievement in life, James Inderrieden of St. Cloud; sister, Arlene Gully; and many nieces and nephews.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert; her parents, John and Bernadina; sisters, Leona, Marie, Clara, Ludvina; brothers, Werner, Leo, Joe, and Elmer.

The family would like to extend their thanks to CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital staff, especially the ICU teams.
