I have good memories of being with all of you for Phyllis’ 89th birthday. She could still enjoy the party and all of us. Her place in heaven waited a long time for her to come. God bless you all.
Phyllis L. Trewick
July 30, 1921 – December 8, 2011

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Annandale, MN for Phyllis Lorraine Trewick age 90 formerly of St. Cloud, MN, who died on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at the Annandale Care Center at Annandale, MN. The Reverend Victor Valencia will be the celebrant. Burial will be at the St. Anne’s Parish Cemetery at Kimball, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Annandale.
Phyllis was born on July 30, 1921 the daughter of Anthony and Agnes (Duckart) Dearing at Annandale, MN. She grew up in the Annandale area. She was united in marriage to Leonard Nothnagel at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Annandale on November 15, 1951. One son was born to this union. After their marriage, Mr. & Mrs. Nothnagel made their home in St. Cloud. Phyllis continued to live in St. Cloud after her husband’s death in 1959. She worked as a dietician at the VA Hospital in St. Cloud for many years, retiring in 1975. She continued to live in St. Cloud until 2007 when she became a resident of the Annandale Care Center in Annandale. This has been her home since that time.
She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud, MN.
Phyllis is survived by her son Duane (Sue) Nothnagel of Marshfield, WI, two grandchildren, Bryan Nothnagel and Heather (Jeff) McKnight, three great-grandchildren, Cheyanne Nothnagel, Noah Nothnagel, and Calvin McKnight, five sisters, Arlene (Dan) Tormanen of Crystal, MN, Shirley (Paul) McAlpine, and Patricia (George) Nothnagel of Maple Lake, MN, Virginia (James) Marohn of Annandale, MN, and Jean (Jack) Hutchinson of Buffalo, MN, one brother-in-law, Clifford Pauman of Maple Lake, MN, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, Phyllis was preceded in death by one sister Beverly Pauman.
