Ronald J. Rajkowski

November 25, 1966 – October 13, 2011

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in St. Joseph for Ronald J. “Ron” Rajkowski, age 44, of St. Joseph who passed away from injuries received in a construction accident on 35W in Burnsville on Thursday October 13, 2011. Reverend Joseph Feders, OSB will officiate. Ron will be laid to rest at a later date in St. Joseph’s Parish Cemetery in St. Joseph.

Family and friends may call from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday and after 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Joseph.

Ron was born in St. Cloud MN to Henry and Angeline Rajkowski on November 25, 1966. He graduated in 1985 from Sauk Rapids High School and participated in their wrestling program. Ron attended St. Cloud Technical College where he received his degree for electrical. On September 26, 1998 Ron married Jodi Tamm and had two beautiful boys Blake (8 years old) and Chase (5 years old). He was employed at Egan Companies based out of Brooklyn Park and worked for them for 13 years. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and Local Union IBEW #292.

Ron was an amazing husband, father and friend….He will missed by everyone that knew him. He was always eager to help out and his ambition goes without saying. Ron loved a great game of cards and was excited every year for the Vikings to start their season.

Ron is survived by his wife, Jodi and sons Blake and Chase; sisters, Deb (Francis) Funk, Barbara (Alan) Hamers; brothers, Dennis, James (Connie), Donald (Jonetta), Richard (Julie); sister-in-law, Chris; his mother-in-law, Carole Tamm and father-in-law Denny Tamm along with many nieces and nephews, sister-in-laws, who all loved him unconditionally.

Ron is preceded in death by his parents, infant brother, David and brother, John (Huntz), sister-in-law, Charlene Rajkowski; and infant nephew, Dean.

A Special Thank You to friends, family and co-workers for all their thoughts and prayers. The love and support from everyone is so heartwarming. A Special Thank You goes to Egan Companies for their strong dedication and support they have given to Jodi, Blake and Chase.
