Sandra "Sandy" Faye Galbraith

Sandra “Sandy” Faye Galbraith, age 84, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2026, at Quiet Oaks Hospice House in St. Cloud.
Sandy was born in Fergus Falls, MN on April 30, 1942, to Richard and Lois Gemar. Sandy graduated from High School in Wheaton, MN. She married her first husband, Melvin Fibranz and was blessed with 3 children, Lance, Karin and Dawn Mariee.
Sandy lived a full life with a successful career in Medical Records which brought her to Clarkston WA. She met her soul mate, John Galbraith and settled in beautiful Kalispell MT. They owned Panda Tree Farm and raised Blue Spruce until the last tree was sold in 2017. After John’s passing in 2018, she moved to Sartell, MN to be closer to family and friends.
Sandy is survived by her son Lance (Susan) Fibranz of Sartell, daughter Dawn Mariee Ahlen of Placerville, CA, step children Angie Adams and Carl Galbraith of Arkansas, grandchildren Cassi (Gibson) Horsfield, Jenna Brown, Chad (Susan) Ahlen and Cole Fibranz, and great grandchildren Chrysabelle, Grayson, Garus, Keyara, Mia, Derek and McKenna.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Karin.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Cottage at Quiet Oaks Hospice House at 5537 Galaxy Rd, St Cloud 56301 on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. A meal will be served and all are welcome.
