Jim and Janie,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Todd was such an amazing man who will be dearly missed. I loved his upbeat attitude and his approach to getting a job done without creating needless stress. I appreciated how quickly your son shared his contagious smile and words of encouragement because Todd always saw the best in people and situations. Please take care.

My friend,

From serving you beers at the Pour House to you training me on my first days at work, all the way to LOTW weekend, you were always a great man and trustworthy friend. You knew and understood yourself, and a constant rock for everyone who seeked you out for help.

You will be sorely missed.

My heart is breaking for you Janie and Jim. Words are inadequate. Prayers and hugs.

My heart is breaking for you Janie and Jim. Words are inadequate. Prayers and hugs.

John Pletcher summed it up very well. I met Todd when he first started at the prison then later found that he lived just up the block from us. Todd had one of those unique personalities that allowed him to be a true professional and a sense of humor that helped all of us keep it together during our shift. Jim, Janie, Katie I am so very sorry about your loss. Todd was one of a kind and will truly be missed!

I so proud of you for serving our country, it’s in bad shape

Janie , Jim and Katie my dear friends I am so sorry truly sorry on your loss. Todd started at the Penitentiary at a young age but what stands out to me was his maturity that you both taught him. When you are in your early 20s going into a hostile environment daily this man handled it above and beyond. His personality is what I will miss because he was so friendly to all and that sense of humor you wanted to hear daily. My true condolences to you all.
