Dear Family, Putzel was loved by all. We attended St Gab’s in LittleFalls and quickly became good friends. During our 3 yrs, we visited each others homes on several occassions. I will always remember the “Quilting Bee” at her home and was my first exposure to quilting. I am now an avid quilter. We also went back and forth to each other’s homes when we both lived in California. She was fun to be with and quick to laugh. We met up again 3 yrs ago in Motley along with Ruby Anderson. Had a wonderful reunion. Saw her last at our mini class reunion last year. She is unforgettable and will always be loved.
God Bless her and the family.
My great memories spent with her will always remain.
Sincerely,
Anita (Skeeter)Mahoney

Dear Family of our classmate, “Putzel” as we called her. I am so sorry to hear she passed away. We had a good visit with her last summer at our class lunch and will miss her this summer at our 50th reunion. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. You had a great mom, gramma and g’gramma. I wish I could come to the funeral, but it just won’t work. I’m praying for all of you for God’s strength to carry you throught this difficult time.
Ruby

I won’t be able to come for her funeral. But, I want you all to know that Val was the most sweetest women there was and didn’t need to pass with this cancer. I loved working with her she always had a laugh, smile , or a big hug if you needed it. I will miss her . And have all of you in my thoughts. Remember all the good times .
