Veronica F. Schultz

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Veronica F. Schultz, age 93, of St. Cloud, who passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at her daughter’s home in Champlin. Reverend Thomas Knoblach will officiate. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in St. Cloud.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud and after 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the Church. Parish prayers will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

Veronica was born on December 17, 1919 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to George and Florence (Binczik) Janochoski. She married LeRoy Schultz on September 24, 1938 at St. John Cantius Church in St. Cloud. Veronica was a homemaker all of her life. She was a charter member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and a member of Christian Mothers and the Daughters of Isabella.

Veronica enjoyed cooking, knitting, crocheting, playing cards, and board games. She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Charlie (Ruth) of Clearwater and Jean of Champlin; daughter-in-law, Lonnie (Duane) Vettling; grandchildren, Katharine (Todd) Simard, Linda (Dave) Darling, William (Adele) Schultz, Christopher (Leah) Schultz, David (Skye) Schultz, Michael (Kimmy) Schultz; and eleven great-grandchildren; brothers and sister, Al, Sy, Lorraine, and Larry.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, LeRoy in 2008; son, Vernon; granddaughter, Kimberly; sisters Harriet and Wanda.
