Wilfred F. Reimann

Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Wilfred F. Reimann, age 85, of St. Augusta will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 12, at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in St. Augusta. Wilfred died on Friday, November 9, 2012. Reverend Robert Rolfes will officiate. Entombmentl will be at 3:00 PM on Monday at Sunset Cemetery, Minneapolis.
Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 PM on Sunday and after 10:00 AM on Monday, both at St. Mary Help of Christians Parish Center. Parish prayers will be at 6:30 PM on Sunday at the church in St. Augusta.
Wilfred was born on February 13, 1927 in Elrosa to John and Margaret (Och) Reimann. Wilfred served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He married Betty Stradal in St. Patricks Catholic Church in Hinckley on June 20, 1959. They lived in New Hope, where Wilfred worked for Flame Industries and later Lindberg Heat Treating. Wilfred never quite retired; He continued to work for Greenview, and was self-employed. He loved fishing and being at the cabin on Portage Lake.
Wilfred is survived by: wife Betty of St. Augusta; children Shirley, Robert; brother Gerald; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son Randy, brother Claude, sisters Hilary Rosinger and Armelia Imdieke.
